When scheduling an appointment please make sure you are viewing appointment times in your time zone which can be changed on calendar page.

Please provide, the names, types (dog, cat, horse, pig, chicken) and ages of the pets you want to chat with by adding an Appointment Note before clicking the Book appointment button in the final step.

You will receive one email letting you know we received your appointment request and another email once Vanessa confirms your appointment. If you have any questions, please email Vanessa at vanessa@yapcommunication.com.
